Love at first sight

Ending up at Veiholmen was truly a random happening for us!

Having a background from international shipping, our family has always been comfortable about taking the plunge into unknown territory from time to time! Veiholmen is one such plunge and we bought the old fishfactory located on the manmade Molo (breakwater) protecting the fishingvillage of Veiholmen back in 2007, not really knowing where Veiholmen was located along Norway's beautiful coast.

Nor did we know what exactly to do with the building itself. But we did fall head over heels with this lovely spot already on our first visit. We have since established 4 guesthouses and with friends and businesspartners also a restaurant in the OlsenNaustet boathouse.

We are also busy restoring and developing the beautiful wharf (or sea house, if you like) on the Molo so that it can welcome guests.
