Restaurant olsennaustet
This fully renovated boathouse with original beams dating back to 1770 houses a restaurant during season and for special occasions.
It is run by the chefowners at Smia Fiskerestaurant i Kristiansund who have found their paradise at Veiholmen, just like us!
The meny is dominated by local specialities in different combinations:
either as a selection of small dishes or in a 3 course menu.
They have all serving permissions so to enjoy a sundowner or two is also an option.
With large windows towards the ocean, the setting is quite unique and on high tide part of the building “floats” above water, just like on the bridge of a ship!
It is also the perfect loaction for dinnerparties, strategy-meetings, conferences, courses or concerts.
You cannot get much closer to the waterfront!

The Restaurant OlsenNaustet can seat up to 60 guests inside and the seaside terrace is a favourite spot to watch the sunset while enjoying a meal or a drink!
The chefs from Smia Restaurant in Kristiansund serve local dishes during season and have all rights for serving alcohol.
They are more than happy to accomodate for more private dinners and celebrations thoughtout the year.
This is also the perfectl setting for corporate meetings and events.
